Delivery delays may occur due to carrier disruptions, weather conditions, customs processing, product availability, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

6. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Due to the personal nature of our skincare and wellness products, all sales are generally final, except for eligible damaged, defective, incorrect, or lost orders and where otherwise required by law.

Claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect products must be submitted within 30 days of receipt.

Claims for lost packages must be submitted within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

Approved replacements are generally shipped within 5 business days, subject to fulfillment processing and product availability.
